ABOUT US

Brijet and I started our real estate journey with a run-down rat infested fixer-upper in Monterey, Ca. While attending graduate school, we both worked on improving this single family home and turning it into the best house in the neighborhood. We more than doubled our initial investment and that grew into what is now ROAM 39. We own and operate short and medium term rentals. That journey helped us redefine what we want out of our life. We no longer desired to work the traditional 9-5 and wait until we were 60+ years old to retire. We wanted to start knocking off our bucket list items NOW. We grew our investments and in late 2023 launched the ROAM Mindset. It is our wish to help others achieve wealth and abundance through real estate.
